β β β β β Staff were all kind but this place is so expensive. I paid 170RM just for coughing. They did not accept my AIA medical insurance card saying they do not have credit card machine but I saw they have 2 machines on the table! I felt I got ripped off because I am foreigner. That was disgusting. Weird place ever

Wicked staff (Chinese woman, waiting for retirement payoff) who don't even bother answering request to give one of their many empty chairs to 80+ year old elderly queuing for vaccine. Complaint lodged to authorities, more to come. First time encountered such lame heartless people in the healthcare sector.
Edit : I have already reported what I wanted to report. It is up to you to show the world what action has been taken. I did report to a Dr Muaz at Selgate but never hear from him. I suppose you don't need to do anything until the 15th election has been called.

β β β β β Just got my sinovac booster shot here today and the process is so smooth and really appreciated their efficiency. Doctor and Staff are friendly and what really amazed me is that my MySejahtera booster status updated even before I leave the clinic.. my appreciation to the doctor and the staff .. thank you very much

β β β β β It's my first time getting here. I don't know their lunch time was closed at 1pm. An old lady was at her own desk reception counter. My intention is really simple , just to rearrange my appointment. When I talked to that lady , suddenly unidentified man rushed in the main door and questioned over my present there. He never listened to my word and straight away open the glass door and ask me leave. He said this is lunch time and let the lady alone . This kind of stupid clinic with stupid policy and never ever talk nicely with walk in patients , really below par of acceptance . If you like to come here , think twice . I even called the clinic everyday during office hour but their the only line always engaged
