★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and responsive time. Ordered and paid money but did not inform that the kitchen is close and can't fulfill my order. Messaged since three days ago and did not respond. Have to call them and this owner Jason said is their off day. Come on the order is on Tuesday and u haven't inform ur customer that u can't fulfill the order on Sunday?! So u gonna inform tmr?? A day before the order?? Last minute have to source for other alternative. Sucks!

Heard from a friend that their customer service improved so decided to give it a try again. Their service from placing order to delivery were ????? And on top of that, their pandan gula melaka swiss roll still DA BOMB! Glad i order again ? Keep it up Team Labu Labu!
WORST SERVICE. Been texting since 20th May 2021 to order the rolls and was told that the Pandan Gula Melaka Swiss roll was unavailable as their pandan supplier still on leave. Followed up on 21st May 2021 and 22nd May 2021- still unavailable. Message again on 28th May 2021, 29th May 2021, 30th May 2021 and 31st May 2021- no response AT ALL (except for the auto reply that message is well received). & they have just updated their instagram that they will be closed during FMCO. Great. Bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great. But attitude and handling skill really suckssssss. Suggest seller to inform or publish at your page to let customers know when is the best time to make an order and set auto reply customer about the payment instruction. It is meaningless to view and ordered by whatsapp without any clear payment details. If you wanna do business longer is not only well maintain of your food quality, service and attitude will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is real good but the customer service is real bad too. Mistakenly selected wrong pick up date ask if can change totally no reply at all. Made purchase during MCO before the seller keep trying to delayed the delivery too. You need to invest on your system and customer service please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to prebook days in advance. Finally today is the day but they missed out some of our order and they aonly offered refund for their mistake. Come on la what kind of attitude is this leaving us with incomplete order after days of waiting. The least u can do is arrange the replacement to us no?
Food is ok but their service attitude need some major improvement. Just found out a lot of other review states the same thing. Will not repeat order in near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a real hidden Gem. The Chicken Flossie Ball cake is crazily cook where the cake is really fluffy surrounded by mouth watering chicken Floss.
Nevertheless, inside of the cake is filled with very yummy sauce which is unexpected if it is ur first time eating it.
Have to book in advance for the Flossie Ball. Also bought the Gula Melaka Pandan Cake which is great too.
