โ โ โ โ โ Horrible service. There was only 1 person manning the shop today. Someone was trying to purchase a cake. I came afterwards so I patiently waited. All I wanted was to buy some ice cream. I waited for a good 10 minutes while the staff slowly searched for a cake box, broke down some pieces of ice for the packaging, searched for candles, etc. She was taking her own sweet time while I was waiting there not being attended to. I ended up just walking away to Inside Scoop instead. You really need to work on your service.

โ โ โ โ โ Best place to have Baskin Robbins ice-creams here. You can sit as long as you want after tired shopping because it's hidden from the counter and at the back of it. Also, this outlet has more variety flavors and ice-cream cakes ready-made.

โ โ โ โ โ Initially wanted 2 quarts of different flavors, but later decided to only have 1 flavor since a lot of flavors were out of stock. Guy didn't let me change 2 quartz to half gallon (it was Rm10 cheaper), giving the reason that the ice cream was already in the quarts container and it was "inventorized". Personally, i think the reason didn't make a lot of sense.
I want to give the guy the benefit of doubt since it might be ridiculous company policy, or the guy was just being unhelpful. I am leaning more towards the latter, since when i asked for his help to suggest some flavors that were more "refreshing", nothing useful came out of his mouth.

โ โ โ โ โ No worker on station, left the shop open without any employees to serve customer for more than half an hour. When the employee came, she refuse to serve because "It's closed" apparently.
