Had prebooked for valentines day dinner here.
The management team screwed up our night.
From the table was not ready by the time we came,and asked us to waitto wait around 10mins near pool while they arrange a place for me, but aft 30mins it was not yet ready, had to ask few times and then they placed us near window without any decent preparation on the table. Definately its just another extra table and chair placed on that moment not a pre-set up for the night .
When we sat, the waiters never bothered us, for a simple orange juice it took them for like 30mins to serve , then followed by the starters.
After the started it took around 1hour plus for them to serve the main course . We saw alot of our couples lose their patience and walked to front table to ask.
Around 11pm we started to get our main course. Even that was after i had to go and ask the manager.
The manager, mr subra did apologize for the night and explained to us and the rest of the couples who present that night what had happen in the kitchen that caused the delay.
I hope the management do that this to their attention and prevent this from happening again.
It was worst valentine dinner for us both!!
