Must improve house keeping service. Room has smell of cigarette, didn't refill coffee, sugar. Should provide better slippers instead of the paper type, is risky to wear. However I like 3 pillows provided, room spacious, strong shower.

I chose to stay at this hotel from October 2021 until my last stay here on 24 March. It was a good hotel. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. The room is clean and spacious. I once got a chance to stay in the family room, it comes with a bathtub. The downside of this hotel is just their housekeeping. Usually, I will stay at least 4 nights there per trip. In the room, they just tidy up back the blanket without replacing it with the new one. You can still smell previous guest perfume on the pillow sheath and blanket (a couple of times I inform the front desk but still the same) and they just sorted back the chairs. The floor they didn't sweep or mop. But anyway, I was lucky the previous guest didn't log out of their Netflix account. Every time I checked in I've got to enjoy watching free movies. Lol.

Overall is great! I m a long term stay customer in this hotel. The room I get sometimes is not clean(food crumbs and hairs on the floor), however, the good thing is the in charge Pak Cik came and clean it right after my call. The service is very efficient with immediate action. Thumbs up! Also, Level 8 staff, Leo is awesome! He recognized and greet me everyday with coffee served with sugar and cream during breakfast time. Thank you for the hospitality! Highly recommended!

This is not a 4 stars hotel, not even a 3 stars. 1. Buffet was terrible. 2. Lift always not working 3. Room card always expired. Got to go down to reception to change card a few times 4. Room was dirty. Hair on the bed, urine stain all over toilet bowl 5. Room was spacious but dusty. Bed was uncomfortable and pillow too hard I struggle to find anything positive to say about this hotel.

A lovely hotel with all the necessary facilities. Well furnished rooms with beautiful interior design and ravishing colours. The buffet breakfast is also marvellous with varies kinds of local food, pastries, fruits, cereals and hot drinks. Have a pleasant stay.

The reason for one star is the fact that i found an undergarment under the blanket of the nicely tucked bed. Called the reception, they handled the situation by just sending a security guard to take the thing and he just left like this is not their first time handing this kind of situation. To the housekeeping team, please reflect on this and hope that the management can improve on this matter. Cleanliness should be top priority. The size of the room was fine.

trove noun 1.a store of valuable or delightful things. While a name like Trove is the harbinger of delightful things, our stay at this 4-star hotel rated 4.1* on Google fell far short of “delightful”. The first red flag occurred at the point of check-in. Despite us checking in at 6pm (3h past the official check-in time), our room was not yet ready. The receptionist noted our number, pledging to call when our room would be ready. So we sat patiently at the lobby to wait…and wait…and wait. At close to 7pm, with still no ring on our phone nor receptionist approaching with our cards, we decided to check with the receptionist if our rooms were ready. Lo and behold – our cards were already on the table, yet the receptionist did not even have the basic courtesy to inform us, making us wait like fools at the lobby. The second red flag occurred when we arrived at our room and found to our horror that the door wasn’t even closed but was left ajar. Such lax standards of security are an open invitation to potential thefts – would we be made responsible for items stolen from the room during this period when the door was left ajar? Other gripes we faced during this short stay were – (1) not being able to call through to the reception as the line was perpetually engaged, (2) power sockets not working, (3) card wasn’t able to tap into our room on the 2nd day, (4) lift buttons were wonky The list is endless but these are lesser gripes relative to the above-two major red flags. Advice to the management: •If you are short-staffed, please do not accept more reservations that you can handle. Just be upfront at the point of booking that you are full so that guests will book other hotels and not waste hours waiting at your hotel lobby just to check-in. •Provide Courtesy 101 training for your receptionists – it is unacceptable that the cards are ready but guests are still kept waiting endlessly at the lobby. •You need to up your security game badly – ajar doors may be trendy at open-concept offices, but are a big no-no for hotel rooms.

A great value for money ?. For parking you have to take the round ramp for 4 floors. It free but you have to get it validated at reception and also at rhe ticketing machine both. The room are very clean and they have a water dispenser with filter that I haven't even seen in 5 star hotels. Location is central, the vibes are good neat and clean room service daily. The toilet is reasonable but they need to unblock the sinks and the water drains too slow.
