Setia Sky 88 sales Gallery is a place of around 150 sqm on the ground floor in Setia Sky 88 condominium building if you like to buy a condo there. They have some Brochures you can take with you. The cheapest and smallest studios as I understood is 500k RM, but the quality of the building is good. Can't say about the maintenance. In Philippines is maintenance big problem, not like in Germany. The building could be 20 years old, but well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled to stay at block B unit B2104 on Feb 12, 2022. Once I reached the apartment and was given instruction to collect the key at the mailbox, later I learnt that the apartment was under maintenance and could not occupied. Frustrated with the service by the owner, my family & I cancelled the apartment and demand a refund, which could only get with 7-12 days. And the deposit of RM100 was supposed to refund within 3-5 days, but only credited to my banking account on 7th day (after follow-up 3-4 times upon the 5th day lapsed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious residential condominium near Johor Bahru city, in a most happening strip akin to Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Bintang. Plenty of entertainment, food and conveniences. Condo is equipped with facilities such as swimming pool, billiard room, games room, gymnasium, even a karaoke room. Great for long or short term stay. Understand that a number of units are used as AirBnB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of apartments under B&B. Bought by Foreigner. But booking thro Bookings.com is norm but owner added extra conditions like " deposit". When departure, "owner" take own sweet time in refunding. Makes one fume.
