★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one pick up call.. So i would say, i dont recommend at all for anyone to move in since the management not answer the call to ask regarding schedule of moving in for lorry unloading... I will change the rating after get reply via email...
Updated : The email reply is good for me and fews days after i send the email, the phone call is easy to engage.. so far so good for me.. will update if there is any issue raise... The most good is access card limited to the level of the unit u staying only. That is my super duper quality to look before i agree to stay at this unit. [28/02/2022]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t move in / buy here. Stupid management. I am moving out next month. Whether or not my contract is over. Quite expensive for experience like living in ppr, low cost unit. Gym very small to cater 4 towers of 26 floors. Only 5-6 people can use at one time.
LIFT ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE. JUST LOW COST BUILDING. ONLY ONE LIFT CAN USE IN ONE TIME EVEN THERE ARE 4. Others are not working.
The cleaners pemalas. After they mop the floor still busuk. Lift busuk
Bad parking. My car always dusty and and there’s leaking.water dripping everywhere. Complaint everything but they never bother to even reply the emailss and pick up the calls. Corridor berlecak. Literally there’s flood in front of my door. And my unit is on the higher floor.
Now suddenly no pets allowed. U guys really think i stay here for free is it?? Or u guys suddenly act like HOSTEL WARDEN TO RULE OUT THINGS IN OUR OWN HOME.
MCM LAH PETS AKU BERAK DALAM RUMAH KAU. BODOH PUNYA MANAGEMENT. COMPLAINT ABOUT PASAL LEAKAGE, BAD PARKING, LIFT, NOISE NEVER TAKE ANY ACTION SUDDENLY NAK SIBUK HAL DALAM RUMAH. LANTAK LAH AKU NAK BAWAK SIAPA TINGGAL DGN AKU. BUKAN NENEK KAU BAYAR PUN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmm.. security team needs training because they sometimes stop Grab car and they let me walked to entrance like one kilo meter. I asked supervisor about that issue and he answered Grab car can come inside. And I feel lack of security a little.
At noon, many cars are making a long queue at main entrance, so need to improve the system.
And many ppl complain that there is no sign inside parking area, like as 'This way is Tower 1', there is big space and ppl are confused ...pool is nice but some residents try to use without booking (Here, we need to book at app first and able to use it).
Cleaning sometimes not fine.
Other all are fine. Greenish and good air, quiet at Tower 1 and 2. (I do not know about other towers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very unpleasant experience dealing with the guard and management. Not only rude to the tenant but to visitors as well. Never have i ever feel so enraged by both management and guard. Already made a complaint but no action was taken. SO DISAPPOINTED ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST experience ever with the management and guards. my car was clamped for parking at the visitor parking lot when i registered as a visitor. what's worse is they were so rigid and demanded RM200 to release my car when they were in the wrong. utterly absurd.
The management even told us to email them about this issue, it has been 2 weeks and we still have not received any reply. well, can't say I have high expectations.

Started facilities are decently maintained. I just wanted to write a review to update some photos. Who wants to find this place and the first thing they see is mucky swimming pool from FMCO??
Recommend for owners or tenants moving in to register at ineighbour as I think it's a better communication channel for management and residents alike
