Don't know anything about flat's size and layout. Only four Star, as I haven't seen any outdoor sports activity area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adjacent and adjoining the residence are interesting eateries. Spicy pot serves one of the best Grilled Chicken Chop in KL and opposite spicy pot, the coffeeshop serves good coffee and delicious Thunder rice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladies..beware when you go to the lakeville gym. There are freaks copying your details like phone number and harass you day and night. If you ignore them they will threaten you to not use the gym anymore else they will hurt you.
Spoken to the management and emailed them but did not get any response from them. Is this place still save?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security here is quite bad. Parcel is stolen and management said nothing they could do, expensive parcel. No cctv whatsoever despite saying many have lodged a complain. And you can access any floor too. So go ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to skyark spaces event. Wonderful arrangement for talent round show. Restrooms are available to change dress. Air-conditioned. Other shop lots are available around this place. Parking available for visitors around the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequent this condo for personal training sessions of my clients who are residents here, so I'm going to review it from that angle.
Quite good security, you can't just enter this place without valid authorization. So, safety 9/10
The common area on the 7th floor is quite spacious, clean and green.
The residents are all well behaved and not too loud mostly. Great condo for kids as well.
Gym looks well equipped and is frequently in use, pools are always clean. Sweet little area for meditation and yoga. Lots of green field and otherwise for sessions like boxing, muaythai, etc.
Sufficient parking space both in and outside of the condo.
I had also lived here for a month and loved the layout of my house.
