★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 years and got fed up with JMB management here. A lot of tenant also moving out due to bad management. Not a good place for renting if you need to deal with the management as they don't provide you with solution and insist blaming you for your mistakes. To fix your own house also such a hassle to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For resident.. a bit of nightmare. Neighbours throw rubbish from windows and sometimes cigarette buds coming into your balcony. Sometimes receiving rubbish from upper unit coming into my kitchen windows. Only 1 parking for resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been here since VP, nice serenity, mostly local owners staying. new JMB has been improving a lot. nice place to stay. lifts are super fast which i liked the most! cleanliness is good compared with a lot of condos.
