★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an aged shopping and annexed office complex in Jalan Ipoh. The car park is quite deserted and gave me a creepy feeling whilst directions to its' annexed office block is non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's average because a lot of shops are not available and some of them are closing because of MCO and post covid-19 hit but it's great to shop around like Watson, Family Mart, Mr. Diy, Guardian, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shopping and eateries around Mutiara Complex is ok but the condominium unit and lift areas are a bit notorious & dodgy. Maintenance is poor. Once upon a time it was an office building and now converted into cramped up residential units. Rental is very high. I wonder what the rent will be like once the MRT gets up and running Jan.2023. It is worriesome. Bedrooms are small amd cramped. Rental is so high. Suitable for 1 couple with 1 child to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for ladies to do their manicure and pedicure. Also for threading. Reasonable price. Just that the underground parking is dark and there's no guard so need to be extra careful.
