Lockdown shld let electrical shop open in case of fuse melted and emergency....everybody are at home and cannot afford no electricity.

β β β β β Jenni's sales service is good but the real test is the after sales service which was rather disappointing. Was going to recommend a few friends to the shop but after personally experiencing a poor service, decided not to recommend to others.

Run around few "big" shops nearby for selected products, although having more staffs & options. But in the end it's just stand & wait for around 20 mins, as no staffs really cares.
This shop got my request settled within minutes. Definitely will be back as regular customer.

β β β β β Our fridge is having problem and found this shop in SS2. Thinking the rubber seal need to change, went to the shop and ask them to replace. But this Mr Ng told me it may not because of the rubber seal issue, could be something else. Gave him my number and he called back the next day to inform when he can come over. His arrival time is punctual and after checking, he just adjust the hinges and said it is done. Very impressive, price is so reasonable, service is great, couldn't believe it! Thanks so much!
