β β β β β Fridge suddenly Kaput, needed one urgently obviously, Rush to SS2 and bought one late evening 12 Apr, delivered next day before 1130. There is no display unit in showroom, but enquire with staff and they give really competitive price, you have to do your homework though. Luckily it's ex-stock. Keep it up !

β β β β β It was my first time purchase from the shop. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
1. Wrong delivery for the purchased goods, and it took more than a month to schedule the delivery for the correct item.
2. Free gift delivered not as per promised. I add on my purchase to reach the target to get the free gift for the luggage bag. But eventually it was a travel bag that was delivered instead, with lame excuse of no more stock for the promised luggage bag. Finally, seller agreed to deliver the promised free gift, but eventually it was a damaged luggage bag that was delivered. Requested the driver to take bag the damaged free gift. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo as proof.

β β β β β Used to be my go to store for electrical goods but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Bought many big ticket items and asked for delivery and installation on a particular date and was promised that it would be no problem. Since living in Condo, asked sales rep to provide delivery details (lorry number and name of driver) to meet JMB requirements. Again was told they would call with details. But they never did. And neither did they deliver items on the date. I can understand if there was a problem with the drivers but no one bothered to call to inform. And I called ESH store and sales rep more than 30 times to get some answers about delivery. Very don't care attitude. I lost one day's wages waiting for the delivery that never happened. Very disappointed with the service. Will definitely not bother buying from them again.

Melvin is a fantastic salesman who sold me a new AC after providing me with all the information to make the right choice. He went out of the way to help me get connected with a reliable technician who got my 10-year old washing machine to work like new and saved me from getting a new one.

Good customer service, very cheap pricing compared to outside, and a lot of choices from other brands to compare as well. If the items are not available, they will also assist to order or intro you to something similar as well! Keep it up!

β β β β β My go-to place for electrical appliance as it has great choices and acceptable price. BUT I realised recently that if the electrical appliances require additional fixture (with installation), such as a TV bracket to hang the TV you buy from them, they will not hesitate to charge your their exorbitant "fixed price". In my case, I was quoted RM 150 for the TV bracket and RM 180 for the installation cost (yes, just the installation cost) . Eventually I decided to buy my TV elsewhere and got my TV bracket fixed at less than 50% of the cost quoted by ESH. Hope this information is useful to you.
