No apologies and no response when we emailed them a complaint after our vacation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked 2 cars from this company 3 weeks prior to our trip and our booking is confirmed. However when we reminded them one day before my trip, they told us we are not getting the cars that we have booked.
Worst experience ever.
Edit: The owner never provide payment method and invoice to us. We have WhatsApp conversation as proof.

Nonetheless I would like to add how accommodating he is to suggest, fast whatsapp response and understand your location for pick up and drop off. Tq Abang Jafizi and see you soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time renting from here. Fast and easy transaction. Quality of cars are decent to price. Only advice is to check ID of the person collecting car from you at the airport. I had a heart attack moment as I told them where I was waiting and was told a guy called Amirul would pick it up. Few mins later a guy shows up and ask to collect the car. I thought it was Amirul so I handed him the keys. Minutes later, Amirul calls and says he is still waiting for me at the airport and if I lost the car, I would be held liable. Fortunately, 5-10 mins later he calls back and said his teammate collected it already and there was some miscomm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched for car using website langkawivacations, it offered me a one of only e available cars a 2016 Honda CR-V, I clicked to book this car and received a confirmation email detailing fully comprehensive insurance. When we went to collect the vehicle we were met by a man from JFZ who said the CR-V was not available and offered us a fair more expensive BMW,which we declined, he then offered a Renault Fluence, we asked to see his boss who then turned up extremely quickly and we asked him what was going on. The price of the car hire kept changing and the comprehensive car insurance no longer available. So glad I hadn’t paid on line - we both felt uncomfortable and turned on our heels and hired from a company within the arrivals hall, cheaper, new vehicle and straight forward.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to langkawi with the family with 2 kid, rented a small car for 4 days from JFZ through google review! It was a good experience! The car is pretty new and affordable. Mr. Fizzie responded very fast through WhatsApp enquiry. We need to drive around the island to find a lot of yummy food. Mr. Fizzie Is legit reliable guy!
