Very detailed explanation and inspection:
1. Car body (exterior and interior - was advised us to take photos)
2. running through the insurance clauses
3. Tyre inspection
Return of the car was easy. Would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've rented a car through Merge twice and both experiences were excellent. The team is friendly, helpful and incredibly prompt at responding to queries. Their rental rates are very competitive and affordable too.
Rented a Myvi on both occasions but received a free upgrade to a Vios the second time which was a really pleasant surprise. Both vehicles were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended and will definitely go back to Merge the next time I'm in Langkawi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this company. After paying the initial 7.5 euros from website they had a secondary payment of 2.35 euros requested through email. Just because I didn't pay that 2.35 euros they demanded full payment upfront. Totally unethical of them. Never in my life I have paid upfront for car rental globally. Person in charge can WhatsApp me upon booking and cannot request a secondary payment. And then request full payment when customer overlooked such a negligible amount. If it's possible I would give them 0 stars.
