★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Msia must be commended for the public health care services. But this morning one elderly man about 80 years old was turned away bcos his appointment was overdue. The nurse at the door told him to scan for next appointment. He said he got no handphone. Many seniors do not possess handphone, what more internet. The clinics should allow manual reregisteration. Instead the nurse asked him to go back and return in the afternoon. Mobility is a problem for 80 plus to go to and fro. I wanted to help but my Umobile lost the internet at the clinic. Msia Boleh.
