★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husb and I came at the peak hour for dinner. The queue line was long but we didn’t wait for a long time until a nice staff served us a table. The staffs were really fast to serve us the best. Foods and orders served in a very short time eventho the house were full. They also busy packing for the take away orders. I asked for extra ginger and they got me the ginger asap and said “takut terlupa”. Sangat bagus, sangat committed. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there around 6.00 pm on a Monday at the IOI Putrajaya outlet, waiter came took order, ordered just 2 regular dumplings, and ever since waiting and waiting.. 2/3rd of customers already left after they're done eating..after 35 mins of waiting and multiple times of asking to check, the food came. Utterly disappointed. The chicken dumpling was too soft all tearing off from the meat inside, and that's still fine. What's worse, the chicken inside super sour indicating rotten meat given. Not fresh at all! Its my favourite sides from the menu, and was so disappointed..i wanted to complain right there but it was already so late and i didn't want to make it even more lengthy.. please improve .. customers are not dumb, we know what's ritten and what's fresh!

But for today i personally would like to give my personal teedback about this specific TCRS employee at IOI City mall putrajaya. He show a very good personality and polite in handling every customer that are entering the outlets although now is the pick period where everyone can dine in to the outlets with full SOP to follow. I am coming with 4 of us and asking this persons to sit together. With He with a polite manner explain on the SOP that we need to follow makes us very comfortable to obey on his explaination. I see his movement from the moment i sit in. Seriously, he is very efficient in doing clearing the table, make sure on the cleanliness of the area, and very attentive to cusomer needs. One more thing, he is very fast to assist his working teammates in doing clearing to make sure the table is clean and ready for next customer. I believe this outlets should be very proud to have this kind of employee and i can see he can do best in the near future in his carrier. I ask the cashier before our departure and his name is Mr Fauzan. Tqtq
