β β β β β Extremely disappointed with Lavand!! Opted for next day delivery (had to pay extra RM20) and the item was not delivered! Tried calling their customer service hotline and sent them a DM via Instragram but no one picked up nor replied! This is the 2nd time getting disappointed with their customer service! I want my money back!!! I would have rated them zero stars if I was given that option! ???
