β β β β β Rarely find this price of reflexology around Kuala Lumpur area. The foods and beverage provided are good no matter breakfast, lunch or dinner. My friends and I enjoy ourselves in the spa and full body massage, all the equipment are well-maintain and hygiene.
Definitely a nice place to spend your holidays or weekend here with your friends and family. Will come again soon.

β β β β β This place dont deserve a star, the service provided was soooo bad. Before i came i called the number provided in website and she asked me to look at fb for more info, she dont even bother to explain. Since this spa is nearby my office so I still go. When I arrive, I took the first lift on the right near enterance but its only goes up till level4. I called the reception and she ask me to go to information counter and drop the call..damn rude. When i reach at their reception, she ask me what i want and ask me to pay.. Thats it and she stand cold like stone ? till the masseuse came... The masseuse also didnt talk much...then when i ask, she said her english is not good as she is from China country ?. The massage, I total dont feel anything and she was forcing to finish the massage quickly..I paid for an hour tho. When its time for me to facing up during the session, i can smell smoke smell on her hand (while touching my face) ? and breath ?. She went out for few minute while still massaging ?and at the end of the session on top of the fees she asked for her tips!!! I will never come again, this is the worst of all! Suprisingly its in the mid of KL city!

β β β β β Lavish spa services has gone done the drain day by day...
Reception staff is not friendly...
Some long time staff playing politics in the company.
Some masseur are just not good and you feel nothing except somebody pressing your body
With the 24 hours service stop....I think less member would sign up their membership package...
Opening until 3am and not extend until 8am..
All the best with your new strategy with the new management..
I for one will not go there anymore since 24hours is stop. As i usually spend 2-4 days at the spa every time i go there

β β β β β A truly traumatising experience at Lavish Spa. Wanted to have a relaxing spa following birthday celebration at Pavillion but we were greeted with the following β5-star treatmentsβ:
1. Extremely rude receptionists, especially the male manager
2. No WiFi access
3. Repeatedly giving us contradicting statements. One said swimming pool can be used after 12am, another said it was closed
4. Kitchen closed after 11pm. Horrible F&B experience! Tasteless orange juice, corns were not fresh, EGGS WERE ROTTEN
5. The facilities were very limited. Jacuzzi too hot! And the water from the dispenser looked disgusting
6. We were only informed the spa wasnβt open for 24/7 when we wanted to pay, around 12am. The facilities closed at 3am
7. Very hidden and dodgy location, had to seek help from the guards to find this place
In conclusion, PLEASE AVOID LAVISH SPA AT ALL COST.

β β β β β After we paid the entrance fee, we thought they will bring us to the changing room then guide us to where we want to go but we need to approach their staffs instead. The facilities were ok, not bad but i think their staffs need to be more welcoming and friendly. There are nobody near sauna nor steam bath room to assist us when the machine isn't functioning. We have to go to the counter to ask them to switch the steam bath on. Then we have to wait for the steam. I mean you could approach us and ask if we want to do steambath when we step into the spa room place. Then we went for massage. After we done massaging the lady asked if we could tip her. Well not very impressive massage service and for the price i paid I will not tip her as well but she kinda stare at me like if i dont tip her she wont let me leave the massage room. I dont like being forced but i eventually gave her rm10 as tip because i felt pressured. Not as impressive as i thought it would be. The only good thing was there weren't many people that day so we had more privacy.

β β β β β We came Oct 26, the lady at front desk has no willingness to offer the spa package. She said there's no male masseur available. We ordered food and it was not key in. We waited for so long yet we are the only customer that time. Hope lavish spa will survive for more years to come.

β β β β β Had a great full body massage cost rm108. Came here during weekday so not many people around. The facilities are in top condition. I love the cinema, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. The pool view is just breathtaking with a clearview of TRX. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. I had a great time lounging here. Totally best if you have your girls spa day. This place opens 24hrs
