★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to have a spa treatment as part of our staycation at Ruma Hotel! Chose Dusun Inan Body Therapy 90 mins and Urutan Malaysia 90 mins plus with the current promotion at the spa giving extra 30 minutes for each therapy which was really worth it! They even gave a complimentary Nourishing Body Polish for the Dusun Inan Body Therapy. The massage itself was fantastic and probably the best I've ever had and I do go for many massages prior to the pandemic. We got Olai and Shafira as our therapists and they were so professional, very accommodating and very skilled. Their overall staff were great, very polite and nice plus followed very strict SOPs during our session. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come again! Note though, it is a slightly higher end spa as compared to others but I would definitely recommend trying this spa at least once!
