โ โ โ โ โ Easily 5+ star in everything, the service by staff is amazing. They are so lovely and helpful and just unbelievably awesome including the receptionist and the therapists they really go out of Their way to make sure you feel pampered. Thank you ladies you rock!!!
The place smells so good. The outside of the Spa is lovely as well. Just everything about it is truely fabulous
We bought the Spa Escape package and man was it a fabulous deal!!!
It includes the following:
-ย 1 night stay at the Ritz Calton in KL. I have already raved about that place on Google and TripAdvisor. It's simply amazing.
- Breakfast for two at the Cobolt Restaurant. So because of Covid we ate at the library and the food and service were top notch.
- Dinner for two at Cobolt, again because of Covid we were at the library and had the most amazing 4 course meal. Again food and service was really incredible.
- Signature cake to celebrate our Anniversary. Cake was rich and so very yummy. I think it was a chocolate mud cake.
- 10 x 90 minute treatments. For a start the receptionist gave us an extra two vouchers ( score!).
We picked several different treatments and each was divine. My favourite was the Rose Therapy. My husband's favourite was the Sensory Sound bath, however they were all fantastic.
We had the best time and the most relaxing experience ever. We would highly highly recommend this place. If you are thinking about this please do it. You will not regret it and be raving about it to friends and family.

โ โ โ โ โ A bit noisy due to the construction around the hotel, limited drop off area, specifically asked for private rooms but got couple room instead. Texted days earlier to book appointment, and give details on redemption of certificate, upon arrival, staffs seems clueless thus the confusion of the rooms. Massage was great.

โ โ โ โ โ Massage was so so, a bit awful. Understand that they need to communicate with us during massage but I find it awful and discomfort.
My room wasnโt well prepared, deadly and not even a simple aromatherapy in the room.
May be I expected too much by the name of Ritz, overall below expectations.

โ โ โ โ โ Variety of massages available with superb masseurs. You won't regret it. The only setback is couple massage treatment, there is no screen to block male masseur view of lady customer unless you choose both ladies masseurs for you and spouse which quite awkward for me.

โ โ โ โ โ Massage itself was incredible from Johanna, deep tissue and super therapeutic. Spa itself gives a very cold feeling. No tea ? after massage due to SOP? Which sop? All massages in KL offer hot tea, and 5 star hotel doesn't. That is sad, no steam and sauna as complimentary. Nothing is complimentary, apart from mineral water to 400 rm massage ...only pool was available under my request
