โ โ โ โ โ Very bad customer service. I went there to get my base lamp to be fixed. Obviously I have to ask questions on the wiring etc. I got cold treatment and an elderly lady, perhaps the mother of the young owner said that I asked too many questions. What kind of mentality or business you want to do without knowing what your customers want and the fact that you showed your attitude of being so self-entitled and disrespectful. Obviously, he has no conscience to help, no courtesy but more on money-minded. The apple doesn't fall off far from the tree as the saying goes. I read reviews of others on the lady boss and the young chap.

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to recommend this shop to you if you need to purchase any Electronic, Electrical and home appliances. The price is reasonable, service is quite ok, sometimes they are a bit busy , we have to wait a while for their service, thatโs normal, wherever we go because I think they are quiet short of manpower. It is the problems that most of the business men faced. Anyway, I would give a favourable comment to them.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst place to shop. They deserve the worst service award of all time in Human history.
I bought an item from the shop and it was faulty One the male worker approach me and I told him I would like to exchange it for a new one. He told me who did you buy it from ?
I said โof course this shop hereโs the receiptโ
He said: which guy did you buy it from? I pointed the guy next to him. And he said ok then not my business wait for the other guy. And I waited for the guy for another 15mins , and another 40mins to test the product.
Btw the other guy. Probably the brother he said thereโs something wrong with that guy. ไปๅคด่ๆ้ฎ้ข he said.
Anyway that will be the last time I ever step in this shop ever in my life. Pui
