★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a bag at the Paradigm Mall branch 1 year ago. Then it broke after 7 months. Tried to call from OS, email etc. No reply. Then I bring the bag back in for repair. They take bag, send for repair no problems. Then say we cannot repair or replace it, and suddenly there isn't a warranty anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pouch and was broken a few months later after use. Brought back for repair and after 2 years only managed to get it back due to covid and delays. Upon collection was informed that it could not be repaired or sewed back despite still brand new. If I were to pay a cobbler to fix it, I'm sure it can be repaired. This is a lousy product with lousy after sales service. Disappointed.
