β β β β β Purchased a bag at the Paradigm Mall branch 1 year ago. Then it broke after 7 months. Tried to call from OS, email etc. No reply. Then I bring the bag back in for repair. They take bag, send for repair no problems. Then say we cannot repair or replace it, and suddenly there isn't a warranty anymore.
