โ โ โ โ โ i did my eyebrow wax with Shu Hui for my bday, she can really do magic with her waxing skills. Mco so long, eyebrows all so unkept and untidy, but with Shu Hui, now got confidence again and look pretty and cute! Super friendly, super like for shu hui!! 1000/10 would come again!!

i love the nail polish colour L191 but its too dark for L121.
for mask, buy 5 get 5 free. and trying the color blush, its literally hair spray with colour. but worth to try. but for repurchase, i think its not worth. and the lip scrub from frankbody has coffee flavour, nice.

โ โ โ โ โ I love to visit this store. Overall, the staffs assist me a lot. I still remember how I confused to choose eye shadow palette according to my skin colour. But, glad, one of their staff approach me and help me!
I buy two eye shadow Palette. Also, last month, I visited this store to restock my Pixi Tonic. Hehehe. I'm a fan of Pixi. TQ so much for the quality service.
Love to visit this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Racist staffs. Check yr cctv from 1115 - 1150am on 11th May. Fragrance section. Iโm the guy in white. There were at least 4 staffs on duty and 2 customers including myself, yet none came to me for assistance. So I waited like an idiot for at least 15-20mins. A fairer skinned customer walked in and there was greetings and smiles flying across the outlet and I was still being ignore. Finally one did come to assist me but went off as soon as the phone rang. No apology no excuses, boom she went missing. Such a big brand, shame it trains itโs staff to profile customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I came for the first time on Saturday for a brow wax with Shuhui, I can honestly say I was so comfortable I felt like I'd known Shuhui forever, I was super happy with my brow.She does an amazing job with my messy & uneven brows.I wouldn't go to anyone else!
If anyone ever asked for a recommendation I would 100%say Shuhui every time!

โ โ โ โ โ This particular branch is very bad many of the staffs are very lazy have no interest in helping us customers find a product, only interested in chatting with each other and playing with phone. Even after approaching a staff to help to find a particular product, the staff just pointed where and was not interested to help to find the product at all. Their favourite answer is no stock. I've asked a staff about a particular Mac lipstick and she straight away said no stock without checking. Then found out at a Mac store that product is discontinued already. The store was empty and not many customers and yet they did that. Always the same.
