★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experiences with the sales & service. Please ensure your sales staffs are well trained & be professional in selling your brand. Don’t overselling your product quality. This will misleading consumer & degrade your company branding in the market. During pre purchase on robam hob, every questions posted to him with great solution & commitments inclusive of the concerned on surface glass scratches. Your confident sales staff had committed that robam used high grade of tempered glass & it is hard to get scratches on the surface. However, after in used for couple of months. Some scratches were notified on the surface. Called up the sales person & his statement was 360 degrees changed & conflict during pre purchase. He reverted that that is normal as the pan/pot will caused the scratches without thought what he had committed during the sales. Same statement posted to your technician & his feedback mentioned that the sales person over commitments. It is dishonest with the intention to close the sales. Is this your company marketing strategies or is that the way how your company trained up your sales staff with such a worst skills? Sales oriented with ZERO knowledge?
