★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my LG Nexus 5 repaired for the broken touch screen, I decided to choose Lee because a few other repair shops within Prangin Mall either quoted higher repair cost or could not repair Nexus 5. We agreed the repair cost to be RM320 with 1-month warranty. After repair, everything worked fine until the 3rd day. Phone's display was still fine after I woke up, as usual I put the phone into my jean's pocket and drove to work. The first moment I took out the phone from pocket, the display was broken with apparent crack on the inside panel. I brought it back to Lee but they responded that display crack is not under warranty. I explained I did not drop the phone but that did not help to convince them that this could be very likely due to part's quality or repair issue. I have been wearing the same jeans for 2 years and with the original display kept in the same pocket, display was never broken until I dropped it into water (therefore this repair). At the end, I could only walk away with RM320 loss without a working phone.
I am giving Lee 1 star because they are not a customer oriented business, they most likely know the quality of part or service they provide but reluctant to take responsibility to compensate customer loss. On the day I turned in my phone for repair, I've also seen customer dispute at the store, and my experience now convince me that it definitely wasn't a unique case.
If you consider repairing your phone, I won't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worse service I meet. I send my tablet to repair charging port. After they done the repair and I go collect and found out on/off button missing. And I ask them again why missing. They say their technician forget put back. And I leave it again and collect tomorrow. After tomorrow I go collect, found out the on/off button they only use plastic put at there to replace on/off button. And I saw it, I really cannot say nothing on their service. Very very worse and bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop name is 1 hour repair instead of lee innovation. Beware. Two times send my friend phone here change phone screen with both over RM300 repair. First time the phone used like 3-4 month then spoiled. Second time used 1 month the screen flicking. Both pass the warranty. If i know early the first phone problem i wont send second phone here for repair. No to mention the communication of shop representative is no very pleased and no responsible.
