★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here earlier today in the afternoon with my family (my wife and two young children) and what I can tell is that I'm appauled by the attitude of the two staff members that was present. They were blasting inappropriate music loudly with cuss words and at one time the male staff member was actually shouting at the top of his lungs out the lyrics to the song. Aside of this the male staff member was eating at the cash register while the female staff member was on her phone the entire time we were there.
My wife actually went up to the male and remarked how inappropriate and unprofessional he was behaving and his response was that he was "Bored". Now mind you, there were at least 10 other customers present at that time and no one was attended to. "Didn't care" sounds more appropriate than bored if you ask me.
LEGO has long been renowned for bringing products that are inviting and family friendly for all ages. Sadly this store doesnt live up to this. Instead you might find your young ones learning new cuss words when they leave this store and I therefore recommend others to stay away from this store.

“Kak, jangan nak pegang2 sangat. Ada glove kalau nak pegang”
Seriously? U could explain to me politely or handed me the glove once i walked in. I was too angry to retort. Plus, he was busy with his phone. My husband has to call him twice to assist
