B. Customer service apeared cold. Mgt shld review videos of centre if availanle.
C.Letter for dated 16 Oct only recd 4 Nov! No original Snp frm lawyer. Called gallery who promised to return, but passed to lawyer who only then called buyer to say send today!.
Township can do better with enhanced after sales support. Must be because of good demand?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provide very bad quality and designed houses with high prices. The materials used to biuld the houses are low grades and same to the woranship. Pillars not in straight line. Defects are terrible and keep occuring every two months. They tend to entertain buyers by simply patching and hope DLP ends they will not responsible to the defects anymore. Basically the whole house with cracklines on walls, paint peeling off from walls and pillars, tiles cracking, ceiling water leaking and etc. Even water tap and toilet bowl cover also wrongly fixed. Be warned that these defects would not be solved at once, you will keep troubling yourself to clean your house after the repairing. I have moved in one year and more and the defects complain i lodged is already more than 5 times. Avoid buying if you want a decent home.
