β β β β β I just called to ask about my file and clarification on my income tax. My phone line was transferred at least to 3 officers and the phone line just went off suddenly without solving my queries. BAD & FRUSTRATED customer service. Please upgrade your customer service.
update after a week:
I called again few days later after a long public holiday weekend, managed to talk to the person in-charge (PIC) and emailed necessary documents to the PIC and verified receipt of my email. Still pending their respond.
Note: Advise to call in the early morning, the chances they answer the phone is higher.
