★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why are there no one working on audit department? I have sent documents for tax clearance on 25th April and there is no status until now. Sent multiple emails and dropped by office twice and status not even started?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my stamping here and it was quick and easy process! The staff were polite, helpful and friendly as well. FYI, there’s no need to make an appointment as long as you’re fully vaccinated with no symptoms(found out when I was there).
For stamping, you can either purchase the stamps at any post offices prior or not at all(which they will then provide you receipts to be placed at the front pages of your documents as proof). You also need to register on STAMPS beforehand via online(LHDN Website) to ensure that your documents would get approved without any difficulty. However, if you are unsure of how to do it online, the staff there are very helpful and would aid you in your process :)

I asked the staff a question and he deliberately turn and told his colleague “I can answer the questions but I’m afraid there are too many questions” and laughed. He even gave me the wrong directions of doing things. Thanks to the kind soul at the front counter for explaining it to me correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Hotline no one answer. No follow up as promised someone will return call within 5 working days. I have waited 1 month , still no one call. I tried calling the extension number, 3 extension number I called. None of them works. What's the point of paying taxes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to 4th floor to get the tax file no for my relative from US. Fast and good service at the front desk. Straight away she gave me the tax file no.
Then i went down to 3rd floor PROFILING department, a Malay lady was very polite and friendly, within 10 minute i got the TP ref no for my aunty. She is so caring and asking if i have waited for long. Oh, so good service. And when i step out, she said have a good day. Best service from both department.
They open at 8am. Parking is easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for stamping duty on 1/12/2021. Quite place around 9 am. Fast services & i noticed some of the staff a bit moody maybe they can’t accept KL winning the Malaysian league last night plus today not holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went well and smoothly. First, have to register and luckily someone was there to help me. Second, get a number and wait. Third, submit the document and the officer will tell you the amount that need to pay. Fourth, pay the amount and get the document back. That's all. No need to buy stamp at post office, just make sure you got enough money in your wallet. Can go there by gokl bus purple line at pasar seni and it's free.
For stamping, please go before 11.30 am even though they close at 3.30 pm. Don't do stamping at UTC.
