Ordering is thru web (QR), if got seniors citizens better don't go. Very tedious. *Physical menu is better*

Waiting in line for 10 minute, the malay waitress ignore us, despite have eye contact. Waited 10 min to be seat, and yet arrange to sit next to other customer.
With COVID situation on going, I try to ask the waitress politely to switch place, as there are many empty table. Somehow they not allow becos we only 2 ppl, and the table are for 4. Why can't they split up the table? As there are many table joining together is puzzle me, have to leave this place and go to burger lab, much more better service and nicer food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely delicious! The taste and the quality of the food is on point, well indeed they were really good. Staffs are very friendly and attentive, they don't mind spending time explaining to us what's on the menu. There are good SOP measures in place. But bear in mind they are pretty busy from time to time and queues are expected, not to mention a high possibility to wait slightly longer than usual for the good to come. All in all, I would definitely come back again when there's no queue =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant located inside the mall. Easy to find and park. They serve Korean fried chicken with different flavours and combos in the menu. I tried Hwaiting Chikin combo and only Item I feel deliocious was their tried chicken. First time I come across Scan,Pay and wait for your order to be served without any interaction with staff. I feel the price for the combos are a bit pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods were nice, spacious place, great ambience. Queue time was ok even though I had lunch over the weekend.
Staff were definitely helpful and kind. Thanks for the treat as well mr Khairul (read: free yogurt).
It's worth to share as well that order to payment have to be done online. So you will be required to scan the QR, put your order, and pay via ipay88 payment gate. So I'd recommend not to use public wifi to minimize compromise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best chicken for ever! Fyi during pandemic rn dine in available untill 9:00pm. After 9:00pm available for take away only. Just fyi. Cause when i eating many people come to dine in at 9:00pm it does not available for dine in and it make me feel sad. Service very good. Fast. Place comfortable and clean.
