β β β β β Great romantic weekend getaway from hustling city. Room were in pleasant condition. Steam room, bath tub and private pool with the amazing view from our Panorama Villa were the best! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Check in was at 3pm and check out was at 11am. Buggy service were quick too. Buffet dinner were spoilt for choices with the varied menus. Everything were satisfactory (and happy), we had a great holiday. The only flaw of this place was the presence of flies at the dining table. Itβs not so hygienic to begin with. I hope the management would be able to rectify that. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

β β β β β Was calling to ask about my booking. Operator (not friendly and impatient) and reservations team (no manners, I yet to finish my words and she put down the phone). Forgot to ask the name but the conversation definitely has Indian accent. This is so called 5 star hotel but customer has a bad experience even yet to stay in.

β β β β β Check in at 3pm, check out at 11am. Not enough time to explore the resort.
The hotel is beautiful but maintenance is lacking.
Some of the room switches are not working and I have to sleep with lights on. Shower head is spoilt but fixes is not done. Call to operator and receptionists are almost never answered. Requested for buggy to checkout but was told to wait 45 mins. The kettle is dirty with stain. There are dust on the TV cabinet.
Pool in the room is amazing. The steam room is a bonus. The view at the pool deck is to die for. There's a small man made beach beside the hotel - passable.
It's a 5 stars hotel but the management need to buckup on the maintenance as things started to fall apart.

β β β β β One of the worst hotel for this category. But marketing team must be really good to portray the resort to what it is not!
The hotel staff are generally not rude not not helpful at all. The hotel is badly worn out.
A lot of the fixtures and appliances are malfuntion.
The view from the rooms is disgusting with sewerage pipes visible. And donβt expect anything good from the in room sea glass.. you canβt see anything from the smudgy glass.
While the breakfast buffet is relatively good with nice choices, other than that the food especially room service are atrocious! Really bad!
It fits as a low cost hotel. Not a luxury resort. Definitely not at that price!
Lower your expectations by a lot and you will be ok. It is a far cry from much much better resorts (and cheaper) in Port Dickson like the Avillion and Thistle.
