★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is happening to the world's local bank?! The standards do not qualify for a global bank. Basic information such as operating hours is wrong on your website; relationship officers at Damansara Heights Premier Centre could not be identified when provided a full name. After several weeks a query has not been resolved nor have I had any contact from the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked if they provided foreign currency bank draft. The call center said they will have to write to the respective branch and I can expect a reply in 2 working days. A simple question needs 2 working days?? Shouldn't they know what services they provide??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big shout out to Cik Sue. She was very patient and friendly to assist me in sorting out my internet and mobile banking setup for me. In addition, arranged a new debit card for me. I’m very happy that I managed to sort out everything I need in one trip to HSBC Damansara Heights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No point wasting funds renovating the entire space - the entrance and area where the atm machines are have constant swarms of mosquitos. The bank rarely has sufficient cash. They keep changing my premier relationship manager and as of now, no one has reached out. Long time staff walking around are super impersonal and not friendly. They don't greet you.. only the guards do. If not for the convenience of location, I would have moved to another bank for premier services.

Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Interior neat and clean, with social distancing.
They did away with physical queuing system for counter service and is now done with a QR code
Finding a car park within the building may be difficult, so can park in DC Mall and walk over
