★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird exterior (UX 200 is ok but back seat space is small - take your spouse along) and expensive "Toyota" cars
Superb: Driver cabin designs are most ergonomic, everything is reachable from where you are sitting, no need to reach our or stretch forward more majority of things
Sales person, was reluctant for a test drive, maybe due to what I was wearing, with an excuse 'it's a little late' to test drive. This was before 6pm (5+) on a Saturday. Well I doubt I'll buy it now for sure
No regrets as I was looking for Lexus EV, but sadly Lexus don't have it yet in Malaysia

Their showroom always don’t have display car if compare with Lexus Mutiara Damansara.
Their car collection venue is not class too and it won’t make you feel luxury. Even that their aircond is look like very old and yellow colour, i need to photoshop remove it only can post out my photo.

they just ask you to add on service without checking to bulk up the cost. ei 2 aircond service within 20k milage and I didnt realise until too late.
breakfast menu was below expectations. biscuit and just instant noodle. seriously? for premium. would it kill to have something.
good point is internet is stable perhaps due to not many people onsite

Made an appointment to rectify a few issues and was promptly received.
Mr Derek greeted as soon as I entered and guided me to the service advisor.
The sales showroom is spaced out with a personalized service.
Each service advisor had an open cabin anf again, spaced out.
While waiting, in a rather cozy setup overlooking the service area, there is a tea lady that serves water, coffee, tea, juices and even softdrinks.
My service advisor, Mr Alex addressed all of my concerns with utmost professionalism and a couple of hours later, its all done including a wash.
Extremely pleased with the experience.
