★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to view the car but nobody was there. Except being chased by stray dogs barking at you. Understand that the salesman was away at the time. They don’t bother to entertain messages so I didn’t bother to pursue. I get the impression that the sales team are lazy which is a concern should I seek after sales advice. My instinct told me to avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Prestige Car Group and the respective management team should focus more on improving their accountability, lackluster service and professionalism as it is owned under the same umbrella of companies and by related shareholders. This is on accounts of the teams trying to push blame on specific departments which made errors. In my opinion, the segments should not be analysed independently but as a whole.
I had pre-informed of arrival to view a car under their sales showroom. Upon arrival, there was no staff manning the showroom as all were out for breakfast. They had informed me to wait for 45 mins for someone to service me. To my disappointment, i decided to leave and share my independent experience.
Due to the experience, i had left a honest review of which they made amends to try to salvage the sour experience. Any intentions to personally service me were damaged when they had requested that i remove my review OR alter my remarks to their preference, on the basis that they are independent of each other. I disagreed to this, as it will not have reflected my experience with the Prestige Car Group.
In summary, I recommend future customers to undertake their independent due diligence and practice Cav Empt ('Buyer Beware') before they pay a visit.
