★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they never pick up their phone, they leave you waiting for hours and then they just cut you off, I have filed my tax return on time, and I requested my funds sending them all the information they required twice, and still no answer, no deposit on my account, and no assistance, what can i do to get one of these people to help?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotline is always on busy. It will just keep on playing the computer recorded voice note throughout the call. On top of that, it automatically ends the call with voice message asking for review even before any service is provided. Much improvement needed. Thanks :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I moved abroad to Australia. We have been trying to settle a tax issue for more than 2 years.
Since early 2021, my wife has been sending her documents to rectify her issue while overseas. But even after many attempts to contact the person we were assigned to handle her case, we have not heard from the higher ups who was supposed to follow up for more than 1 year.
Then every year our fine gets higher because we didn’t pay and rectify the issue.
LHDN is only efficient if you can appear in person if you are overseas trying to sort your problems, good luck.
Worst and most inefficient national tax agency ever. Brings the reality of cuti cuti Malaysia to reality because they are ALWAYS on holiday!

31/3/2022 at 2.30PM i went to LHDN KLANG counter no: 5 perkhidmatan bantuan
1)poor service
2)poor knowledge and skills
3) please teach how to respect people
4) please tell them don't raise the voice
5)never give correct answers for the question give the pamphlet and said read your self. If we want to read the pamphlet and understand. For what purpose they sit at counter perkhidmatan bantuan...
6)giving wrong information.
My humble request please teach them how to handle the people coming to your centre . Thank you for your action.
