β β β β β Called and made an appointment on 10th December. Reached the clinic on time but only to realise that it was closed from 10th to 11th December. I was not being informed beforehand although I have left my contact details upon reservation via phone. Hope they would look into this issue seriously as it was a waste of time and effort of their customers.

β β β β β Arrived 10 minutes early for an 11am appointment. Was made to wait over 1 hour 40 minutes before being seen. Despite politely asking three times how much longer I had to wait. The staff at reception have no skills in customer service and walked away while I was talking to them. An apology from the dentist herself was not enough to placate me. I cancelled my appointment and left. Will seek a different dentist.

2. Staff cannot speak English at all. My wife came back from overseas so her Bahasa was not good. But the staff Ms. Aisha (not sure spelling is correct) refused to reply in English.
3. Refused to give receipt kept blaming the system error. Not even want to provide manual receipt.
4. Promised to email receipt buy never did. Request us to keep calling until system and up.
5. Asked many question like when, date, time, name, which dentist despite they have all the record.
Please refrain from hiring monkeys if you wants to charge a premium.
