β β β β β I feel confident, safe and secure coming to work out in this gym. They follow the government SOP to every minute detail. They make sure that the studio is according to the safe number of people and not overcrowded. Also, the instructors make sure that at the end of their sessions, the members clean up their mats and equipment with the sanitizers provided. Bookings to the studio classes and gym floor by appointment is an SOP prerequisite and the gym management is very strict about this. So if there is an outbreak from the gym, they can trace accurately. All their trainers wear masks, even when they are training their members, so this is a good thing. I give Life n Fitness gym at EkoCheras five-star thumbs up. Keep up the good work.

β β β β β the gym is very well equipped, and well maintained too. Monthly fees is also reasonable considering what's the gym provides. S.O.Ps are all in place and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this to anyone looking to join a gym.

β β β β β Great place to work out with plenty of equipment for my fitness goals. Staff are super friendly so you will never feel out of place. There are also many dedicated trainers which makes it a good place for beginners

β β β β β The gym has a variety of different equipments that are all top notch and well maintained. The gym is constantly being sanitised and there are sanitisers for the members everywhere. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. The personal trainers are highly experienced and are willing to put their own time on the line for their clients.
