★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience at their eko cheras outlet.
They let customers stand and wait outside the store for 15min. (There is some uncleaned tables inside and 1 clean reserved table). After getting into the store, the staff only gave me 1 menu without ordering paper ?, I waved my multiple times no one really cares about me (I almost take out my flashlight ?). There's only 3 staff serving the entire store, some of them seem double-heading serving food and kitchen at the same time.
Hopefully, the management team can hire more staff so that this issue can be solved.

In store rule no. 2: due to MCO, the waiter said 1 table, 1 person hence I have to sit separately with my family member; then I saw a family sitting together on 1 table. Double standard again?
Food experience: compare the picture, actual food serve and price paid? I rest my case...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Big prawn noodle with 4 pieces medium prawn. The prawn are not fresh but force to finish it because it cost RM17+service charge. Please control your food quality before serve to customer. Very disappointed.

The shop was not like very occupied we went in, ordered and waited more than 20 minutes, those other tables who come after us was served and the waiter didn’t bother to check. Wanted to leave and when told the waiter our food not served, he looked blur and as if he wasn’t the one who took our order. Without apologizing and gave me a blank face.. we will not visit anymore and wouldn’t recommend others to go. This is sad cuz we always supportive of this shop and went many times and hope that they wouldn’t close down during this challenging time of pandemic.

The kangkung they served me in this bowl is rotting already, it’s visibly smelly and darker in colour. Not cool.
There are only 2 small prawns inside, nowhere near as big as their photos suggested.
Strongly NOT recommended.
