★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst fitness first in malaysia. The management is trying to cut costs. Bad showering experience and worst coffee at the juice bar. No sop imposed.

They won’t train you anything unless you committed to pay for their packages.
For my experience, the said training session was a long sales session, worst experience and waste my time.
The session was notifying what you are doing wrongly, but don’t correct any of your wrong posture.
Lastly, the sales session was just 1 hour, but the sales person register as 2 hour as he don’t want to see me anymore ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym used to be quite spacious until the management decided to move all the machines to the attic together with the weights. The space is extremely limited now. It's a good gym for people who mainly do cardio and attend classes, not so much for weightlifting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic gym around Cheras Area. The gym has been opened for quite some years now and still standing in Leisure Mall. Although the weights section can be rusty and old, but still good enough for a workout. Lots of studios with classes. It may not be as good as platinum clubs but it’s good for those sports enthusiast to come here.
