★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our late break here, as we ordered their Black Chicken Pie, Tulip Muffin, Double Ham and Cheese Toast and drinks we ordered Hot Latte (Coffee), Hot Matcha and Hot Spice Chai Latte.
The notable food Tulip Muffin and drink is Matcha Latte.
The food and drink was above average.
Good for small group but quite noisy as the place echos.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This magnificent building consist of campus and co-working space. This cafe is located inside the ground floor of this building, u can see it right after u enter this building. There is another cafeteria located at 4th level which currently only Nasi Kandar stall operating. Outsider is allowed to visit this cafe and cafeteria. There is a lot of parking space for guest. I’m served by a very friendly and experienced staff, ordered their signature St light dark which tasted very good! The environment is cozy also. Definitely go back for lunch next time. They are closed at Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. The toilet here is clean as well.
