★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another Starbucks located at Design Village in Batu Kawan. Shop might be a little bit hard to find as it is not located at corner lot. It is located at Southern entrance, opposite Superdry. It’s G30 lot number on the map.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier was horrible. Sent my younger sister to help us order coffee - being inexperienced, the barista took advantage of her and automatically keyed in venti sizes & syrups for our coffee. Ended up spending rm40 on 2 cups - ridiculous. She was extremely rude, condescending and irritable too. Poor poor poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best starbucks I have been to. The place is really spacious and wide, so you don't feel "suffocated" when its crowded. The environment is clean and cozy. Outdoor seating is available as well.
The staffs are really friendly and helpful, they don't rush and take time to understand your order.
Located within Design Village Mall, near the southern entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered a drink on foodpanda, waited more than 1 hour and they still haven't prepared the drink. BEST part is no one picked up the call when i tried to call the outlet three times. Contacted foodpanda customer service, they told me there is no rider to pick my order at the moment and ask me to wait, so I waited…for 2 hours. In the end I cancelled the order cause it is so RIDICULOUS, wasted my time. NO MORE NEXT TIME. pls avoid this outlet at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to quite number of Sbux cafe and i feel that this is one of the best in terms of ambiance. But wht i did not expect is it served Nasi with Gulai Tempoyak Daging Salai guys! This is for me so rare as i never found this kampung menu at other Sbux outlet. The rest is nice. Quite crowded on weekend tho.
