โ โ โ โ โ Called the customer service and it said already moved to other place last year but they still didnt update the information here. Wasted my 30 minutes drive to here because the pick up service person is irresponsible and not responsive as holiday is coming soon but ended up came here for nothing :(

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever.. I called and give my id.. Customer service lady said will call me back before 5pm but still haven't call .. Already 5.21pm. When i called back they never pick up the call and my call's been cancelled. My tracking id showing not found. Should sent to me on 1st our 2nd November. As per my supplier my parcel arrived on 30 oct. Kindly assist on this please

โ โ โ โ โ Courier yg tidak terlatih dan sangat tidak beradab. Was on call with courier while navigating him to my house which is pretty hidden and when he missed a corner, which is the only corner at that area that leads to my house, he said "Kau ni pun bagi map macam bangang" really rude. Will not use your service anymore

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely slow delivery, I've order my sim card from Digi from 27 September for Jaringan Prihatin offers, if other courier I could get my parcel at 30th latest, but LineClear just delay somehow until 7th October after I contact them via email. Now I can't get my Jaringan Prihatin package and struggle to paid more for the phone bill.

System update 27/12/21 ready for delivery but as at today still yet to receive. call customer service say need to check and will get back but no call back. poor customer service, poor service. Ask i missing how jst told me will refund RM200. WTH, my parcel is around RM900. Really frustrated with the service.
