ā ā ā ā ā Sent my item on Wednesday and was told that I missed the delivery truck and that it will be picked up on the next day, Thursday. The counter girl promised next day delivery so I thought it could have arrived to KL by Friday, but to my grief disappointment! The tracking still shows my parcel being stuck in Penang for 2 days, seriously?! I paid RM7.40 for a lousy courier sevice that couldn't deliver in time! This has caused my item unable to refund within timeline due to this stupid delay! Should have opted for J&T instead. This is my first and last visit, will never be back again anymore. ????????
