lets customer wait outside for more than 30mins.
inside have no client at all, but keep customer waiting .
furthermore, clients waiting to cause need to go for wash room , but they answer saying cannot use their toilet. must go to some where to next Shop lot.
then in this case, they should not let clients wait so long, are we right?
