β β β β β 1. A top managerial level which having bad temper.
2. Those who really performed cannot be seen by the management, and it is a yes for those who are an actor.
3. Unexpected low increment.
4. Unexpected low bonus which is not equal with how you performed at all. The hard work for a year worth only 1 month.
5. No promotion of position until end of the day due to most existing staff which is in a very comfort zone as they are not from a poor family.
6. Unhygene environment due to poor pest control.
7. Ultra authocratic style of management.
8. Increment over the 6 years, wasted my lifetime. So deeply regretted.
9. A super greedy management which do not want to share profit at all no matter working like a superman or well performed at all task.
