★ ★ ★ ★ ★ End Sept 2021 one of the male staff not wearing the mask properly, pulled it down to chin when serving and preparing llao llao at the front counter there.
Today 20 Nov 2021 the same male staff still not wearing the mask properly, pulled it down to chin when serving and preparing llao llao at the front counter.
Although the staff was wearing a face shield, but pls pls wear the mask properly...is all about hygiene and sop ...
Very disappointed...went twice the same situation happened again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store covid 19 policy is illogical.. Store only allow one customer to order at one time even though customers come together. What makes it more illogical is that store did not observed social distancing.
Workers did not have good communication skills. They were rude.. They could've talk to customer nicely.
The sauce portion is too little and the staff ask to add more payment if you want to add tiny little amounts of sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought the biggest cup for RM16.85 because when i ask the waitress what is the different between large cup and sanum, she said that sanum has more topping and large has more yogurt. so thats why i choose sanum. u can see the difference between ads and reality of sanum. the topping is not as rich as advertised. they have selections of fresh fruit cuts vary from mango, strawberry, kiwi, grapes and even dates. i cant remember for the crunchy toppings. for the yogurt, i taste it like the frozen vitagen drinks milk flavour. i dont know if the yogurt flavour changes ocassionally as this is my first time ever buying this. all in all, this taste good but it is at high end price, but for an experience of yogurt its worth considered to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Touch n Go and Boost pay is provided. Staff are friendly, polite and serious about their job. There are many type and choices for topping to choose from chocolate cream, fruity to cookie. The reastaurant is queit small so they didn’t provide place to sit.only take away. What disappointing about this place is there a fly flying around the topping make the customer not feel comfartable about it.
