★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should not exist the customer service department. Cant watch any movies particularly. Ask how to add more storage in longtv via usb cable or hard disk but ask customer to explore it by themselves. Such a waste of money. Regret buy it.

When I bought the box, it is already installed with LemMovie but there is no one to provide assistance when LemMovie do not work properly. If I have been told that I am buying a just a TVBox from Longtv, I would not have bought it.
