★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely embarassing customer service. No assistance provided; the two staff at this outlet didn't even bother greeting us customers, nor do they even acknowledge customers' presence. We intended today to purchase makeup cushions there but immediately decided not to, upon realizing the appalling service standards this outlet had. Shocking, how a fairly-respected establishment like Sulhwasoo (& how recent this branch opened in Midvalley) even hires such incompetent personnel.
