★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really having very bad experience with this company. Our HQ appointed them to handle HR matters but whenever we need assistance, the pic will tell us she's in meeting or she's the manager, all queries need be emailed by her to instruct back-end department to revert. Sometimes just unable to handle a simple problems, even have the gut to get me go search online for solution. Then i don't see any purpose to pay for their service if we need to do everything by ourselves. Please always remember what is customer service. If i have a choice, ill never get involve in any of their service in future.

And to make it worst a multinational company hired (big pharma company) them is one of the fact that they dont care on employee benefit and wellbeing.
For example they provide poor medical benefit package which is not supposed to be happening in Covid era.
With many agencies out there that provide competitive medical benefit packages and yet this shady agency still thrive.

She's extremely well talented on the recruitments and always will provide the best option according to our qualifications. The best part is she will be following up with you frequently and giving positive advice. I totally felt extremely motivated on her advice and it has built up a stronger confidence in my job application. She is really a fantastic woman and she will make you realise your real talent on the day you are on board. Thank you Ms.Mandeep, you're a marvelous women.

He was not only able to help me land a job but he made me see where I was lacking. Not many recruiters care for their people that they hire. But, Vignesh is a gem of a person and epitome of what a recruiter should be. He spent so much of time communicating with me how I should perform in an interview session and spent time to work with areas I really need to brush up. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great experienced dealing with Ms Mandeep, the Senior Officer in Manpower Group. She gave me a good support, motivation and guide until I got the job that I applied. She never stop checking on my preparation before the interview. This is an example to other employees not only in recruitment firm but also in other business sector. However, as other normal jobseekers, I took offer from other MNC company that approach me earlier with the result and feedback. I feel great to deal with Ms Mandeep again in the near future if I want to make changes in my carrier. Three words that I can describe about Ms Mandeep - Highly committed, Great Communication Approach and Integrity. Obviously the service given throughout the hiring process was very excellent. I would give 10+++ star if possible and thanks again for everything and I am truly happy dealing with Ms Mandeep.
